This line of machines is manufactured in China as a result of the cooperation between the Supplier and Petratto.
Each machine, before being shipped to Petratto, is checked and tested directly in China and, upon
its arrival in Italy, is electrically and mechanically controlled by Petratto to guarantee quality, reliability and service.
Die cutting machines are usually used for the preparation of boxes made of paper, cardboard
and corrugated board. These machines perform a precise cut of the aforementioned materials, that
are often designed and finished in a complex way (cases for cosmetics, cigarettes,
pharmaceuticals, food, etc. ).
Printed sheets are stacked on a pallet, and then sent to the die cutting machine through a special
feeder.
In the feeder, sheets are taken from the stack one at a time, carefully registered through side
lays and then sent to a group of grippers that correctly position them between the die-cut plate
and its countermatrix.
The die-cutting of each sheet is then done in one hit.
In the next delivery station (stripping / optional), appropriate devices automatically remove the
wastes. If the machine is properly equipped, multiple blanks can then be separated individually
(blanking / optional).
