The unprecedented technology adopted for this machine allows working procedures that cannot be achieved with other traditional machines since it uses servo motors that control and assist all movements. The use of traditional wooden dies and clichés in combination with the new and modern technologies help carrying out different jobs.
Format changeovers are very fast, while maintaining absolute precision, quality and cost- effectiveness.
Sheet registration is guaranteed through the detection of printmarks or the edges of the sheet.
The combination of servomotors, grippers and pressing table makes it possible to process multiposition jobs: moved forward thanks to a stepping movement, the sheet is positioned several times below the pressing surface where a single cliché/die cut produces multiple parallel forms.
It is also possible to repeat the same pressure cycle several times or to stay pressed at the set
position for a pre-established lapse of time, allowing for extreme accuracy in hot foiling. The
machine is equipped also with some optionals upon request: a stripping and a blanking unit.
