PDF106E IS AN AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED DIE CUTTING MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH A BLANKING UNIT. IT IS THE IDEAL MACHINE FOR BIG RUNS.

FOR 700×1000 mm FORMATS AND STOCKS FROM 80 g UP TO 5 mm AND CORRUGATED BOARD B FLUTE.

It can carry out standard jobs such as cutting, creasing, perforation, kiss cut.

In addition to the mechanical characteristics of PDF106, this machine is equipped with a blanking unit, to eliminate the waste frame of the die cut sheet.
The blank is pushed down on a lower (female) chase by an upper (male) chase.

The finished blank is neatly stacked on a pallet. This process is repeated until the specific number
of blanks has been piled up.
Remaining wastes are sent to a non-stop collecting system and dropped into a waste basket for
disposal.

There is a paper inserter section to insert an interposing sheet between the shape piles to separate
batches and give a better support on the pallet.

The blanking unit can be changed over to a normal waste stripping unit and the die cut product
can be collected in the delivery unit.
